Our founders bring years of experience to assist you. John helped the U.S. Army, DISA and other agencies develop programs like the A-CERT, DISA Sensor Grid and the NSA’s CND program. Trained as an Incident Handler and Responder he then become an early threat hunter, as a liaison to the the FBI in tracking down intruders.

Jennifer was at the forefront of e-learning and technology development. Her tenures were at giants in the field such as Blackboard and Echo360. She brings a critical thinking skill and attention to detail that helps our customers.

The two met while John was the CEO of his then e-learning company that pioneered a virtual learning system for customers like the DSSA -where they were able to create a training version of the JPAS database. This was a huge win for DSS as they no longer had to train new FSO’s using the live production system. It is this kind of innovation that we bring to all our customers.
